Since the world economy is going down, it becomes more and more important for the importers to choose satisfied paper suppliers in China. There are thousands of paper manufacturers and suppliers in China, so it is not so easy to choose the favorable ones. Ten highlight points are as follows. 

1. Check the background of the factories and company you are working with, including the credit, established year, place, reputation ect. You could get the information from customs data, embassy, internet database, friends in China ect. Surely, it is wonderful if you could visit the suppliers in person. 

2. Communicate with the suppliers directly to see if they are professional in paper industry. If the suppliers know paper more than you, you could see they are really engaged in paper.

3. Check the paper samples. The importer could judge if the supplier could provide proper quality of paper, after checking the samples. 

4. Provide paper sizes when inquiry. The paper mills has the machinery deck, and then the proper size is very important to match machinery deck. If not matching, it could cause some waste, and then the prices could be high.

5. Provide paper grammages when inquiry. Sometimes the mills could not produce the grammages, or seldom. The importer could see if accepting the grammage or delivery. 

6. Choose L/C, 30% tt in advance ect as payment term first, if available. If the supplier could give this service, they are experienced in export business, who would provide better service. You need take care if a company ask for 100% tt before shipment, the internet hacker or liar may choose this way to cheat money.

7. Ask for more documents materials from the suppier to judge the main products. The main products means bigger proportion and quicker delivery.

8. See the package. Normally seaway packing has higher standard for long way transportation. Some change is needed.

9. Gurantee quick and professional delivery. After booking order, the importers normally hope to get the goods as quickly as possibble. Sometimes, if the supplier choose slow shipping lines or delay the customs declaration, it would be a problem.

10. See after-sale service. The service is including documents, certificate, inspection, quality ect.
